Fremont Therapy & Wellness has announced that Ashley Sass, O.T., has joined its team and started seeing patients on March 19.
Sass graduated with a masters in occupational therapy in 2009 from College of Saint Mary, Omaha, and has been actively practicing as an occupational therapist for the past nine years. In addition, she has expanded her clinical expertise to include pelvic floor muscle dysfunction for both women and men for the past seven years.
Because pelvic floor issues and incontinence are very private and uncomfortable issue, Fremont Therapy & Wellness has developed a specialized, separate treatment area where therapists can privately treat and specialize in pelvic floor therapy. This includes treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic and abdominal pain, constipation, urinary dysfunction, and pain during and after pregnancy. Treatment intervention of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction is noninvasive, specialized for each individual patient, with the use of high tech biofeedback therapy.
For more information on the practice or to schedule an appointment with Jeree Menning, P.T., OCS, CSCS, or Ashley Sass, OTRL, contact Fremont Therapy & Wellness at 402-512-3893 or visit www.ftwne.com.
