Cases resolved this week in Dodge County Court included:

* Eileen Adams, 47, of Fremont was fined $75 for no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Katie Baumann, 26, of Fremont was fined $100 for no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor, and failure to use child passenger restraint, an infraction.

* Neal Connick, 24, of Fremont was sentenced to 90 days in jail for attempted Class IIIA or Class IV felony, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Bradley Dorenkamp, 31, of Fremont was fined $75 for no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Shay Dzingle, 19, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Tanner Eberle, 19, of Fremont was fined $150 for theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Matthew Ferguson, 22, of Scribner was sentenced to six months of probation and had his driver's license revoked for 60 days for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. An ignition interlock device also was approved.

* Tammi Haas, 36, of Omaha was sentenced to six months of probation and had her driver's license revoked for 60 days for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor, and driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor. An ignition interlock device also was approved.

* Miranda Hope, 25, of Fremont was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $400 for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. Her driver's license was revoked for six months and an ignition interlock device was approved.

* Justin Imus, 27, of Fremont was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and six months of probation for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. His driver's license also was revoked for 60 days and an ignition interlock device was approved.

* Levi Kieckhafer, 20, of Hooper was fined $300 for possession of marijuana-less than an ounce, an infraction.

* Michelle McCright, 30, of Fremont was sentenced to 90 days in jail for attempted Class IIIA or Class IV felony, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Jay McLey, 38, of Fremont was sentenced to six months of probation and had his driver's license revoked for 60 days for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. An ignition interlock device also was approved.

* Nathan Mentzer, 22, of Fremont was fined $150 for theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Lanny Muhleka, 60, of Fremont was sentenced to 90 days in jail for attempted Class IIIA or Class IV felony, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Ramie Reyzlik, 18, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Jeremy Rousseau, 30, no address given, was fined $275 and ordered to pay $22 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking and no proof of insurance, both Class II misdemeanors, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.

* Federico Santiago Garcia, 37, of Pilger was sentenced to six months of probation and had his driver's license revoked for 60 days for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor, and open container, an infraction. An ignition interlock device also was approved.

* James Satorie, 31, of Decatur was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400 for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. His driver's license was revoked for 60 days and an ignition interlock device was approved.

* Amy Schaible, 27, of Omaha was fined $225 and had her driver's license revoked for one year for driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction.

* Michael Schneider, 24, of Valley was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating a harassment protection order, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Robert Stiver, 52, of Fremont was sentenced to 90 days in jail for attempted Class IIIA or Class IV felony, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Jason Sweeney, 39, of Mead was fined $75 for driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Kevin Thayer, 19, of Fremont was fined $500 for minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor.
