Two Fremont men were arrested on drug charges Wednesday following a raid by the III CORPS Drug Task Force, released information from the Fremont Police Department says.

Following a prolonged narcotics investigation conducted by the III CORPS Drug Task Force, a search warrant led to the arrests of 45-year-old Travis E. Porter and 32-year-old Travis L. Jurgens.

Jurgens, a habitual offender, was arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, and for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Porter was arrested and also charged with being in possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, as well as being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both men were booked in Dodge County Jail, which serves as a 24-hour holding facility.
