An Iowa man was arrested on a string of offenses after a traffic stop was conducted early Monday morning, Fremont Police reported.
At approximately 1:45 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted in the proximity of 23rd and Colorado streets after a vehicle was seen speeding and driving recklessly.
Contact was made with 29-year-old Adam Ramos Aguilar, of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
An investigation revealed Ramos-Aguilar was driving without an operators license and that he showed signs of impairment.
After being uncooperative during the DUI investigation, Ramos-Aguilar was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing a police officer, refusing to submit to a chemical test, reckless driving, refusing to submit to a preliminary breath test, having no operators permit, driving at an excessive rate of speed and for having no valid registration.
Ramos-Aguilar was booked at the 24-hour Dodge County holding facility.
