Only two cases were brought before the court Monday during a light day of hearings in Dodge County District Court.

Shawn Nepodal, 36, of Omaha had his hearing continued until Aug. 19.

Nepodal is charged with his fifth aggravated DUI, a Class II felony; driving with a 15-year revoked license, a Class IV felony; false reporting, a Class I misdemeanor; and speeding.

Nepodal is scheduled for an Aug. 19 hearing.

Adrianne Mott, 31, of Fremont, had her bond reduced from $25,000 with a 10 percent cash option to $15,000 with a 10 percent cash option.

Mott is charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Mott’s attorney told the court his client completed in-patient treatment, plans to continue to seek out-patient treatment and has been sober for 59 days.

He requested Dodge County District Court Judge Geoffrey Hall reduce Mott’s bond to $10,000 with a 10 percent option. Hall said he was not willing to reduce bond any lower than $15,000.

Mott is scheduled for sentencing Aug. 5.
