Three individuals were arrested following a Wednesday drug raid at a Hooper establishment.

At approximately 7:30 a.m., the III CORPS Drug Task Force in collaboration with the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Fremont Police Emergency Response Unit and the Hooper Police Department executed a search warrant at the Iron Horse Food and Spirits Bar, located at 101 and 107 North Main Street.

An investigation led to the arrest of three Hooper residents, information from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office shows.

Dale R. Maurer, 65, was arrested and charged with being in possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, being in possession of concentrated cannabis with intent to deliver , being in possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chase D. Larson-Maurer, 21, was arrested and charged being in possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, being in possession of concentrated cannabis with intent to deliver, being in felony possession of adderall and hydrocodone and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carmen D. Maurer, 54, was arrested and charged with being in possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, being in possession of concentrated cannabis with intent to deliver, being in felony possession of tramadol, being in possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

All parties were taken to the 24-hour Dodge County Holding facility following their arrest.
