Cases heard Tuesday in Dodge County Court included (unless otherwise noted, an additional $44 in court costs is added to fines and jail sentences):

n Justin Anthony, 21, of Fremont had his arraignment on two counts of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, Class II misdemeanors, continued until March 18.

n Spencer Barrett, 25, of Ames pleaded no contest to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class I misdemeanor, and guilty to driving during revocation, a Class II misdemeanor. In exchange for his plea, charges of possession of marijuana-less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia, both infractions, were dismissed. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for March 25.

n Aaron Bassett, 18, of Fremont pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, a Class II misdemeanor, and driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $175 in restitution. Sentencing for the driving under suspension charge was continued until March 25.

n Britni Beltz, 18, of Ames pleaded guilty to minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor. She was fined $250.

n Brandon Bjorkland, 19, of Fremont pleaded guilty to his fourth minor in possession charge. He was sentenced to seven days in jail.

n Erica Bonner, 24, of Fremont was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

n Irvin Carper, 46, of North Bend had his arraignment for domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor, and criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, Class III misdemeanors, continued until March 4. Bond was set at 10 percent of $15,000.

n Caitlin Edwards, 19, of Omaha had her arraignment on a motion to revoke her probation for criminal mischief, a Class I misdemeanor, continued until March 4.

n Brent Foxhoven, 18, of Fremont pleaded guilty to racing on the highway, a Class II misdemeanor. He was fined $100.

n Heather Hansen, 21, of Fremont pleaded guilty to writing an insufficient funds check, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $40 in restitution.

n Dale Harbison, 20, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense greater than

.15 percent blood alcohol content. In exchange for his plea, a charge of careless driving, an infraction, was dismissed. A chemical evaluation was ordered and sentencing set for March 18.

n Chet Herley, 33, of Fremont was sentenced to

six months of probation and fined $400 for DUI-first offense. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim’s impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver’s license was revoked for

60 days. An ignition interlock device was approved.

n Jared Hicks, 27, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and violating a traffic signal. Sentencing was set for March 25.

n Casey Hillman, 18, of Fremont had his arraignment continued until Feb. 19. He is charged with writing an account-closed check, theft by shoplifting and three counts of theft by shoplifting-second offense, all Class I misdemeanors.

n David LaCombe, 26, of Fremont had his sentencing for DUI-first offense continued until March 11 so he could get a chemical evaluation.

n Patricia Larsen, 45, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance. She was fined $75.

n Timothy Lockhart, 20, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentencing was set for Feb. 19.

n Linda Longoria, 33, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. In exchange for her plea, a charge of careless driving, an infraction, was dismissed. A chemical evaluation was ordered and sentencing set for March 18.

n Carrie Lowther, 28, of Uehling pleaded guilty to driving during revocation, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $200 and her driver’s license was revoked for one year.

n Troy Meyer, 27, of Fremont pleaded innocent to no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor, and driving under suspension. A Feb. 28 bench trial was set.

n William Moore, 24 of Winslow pleaded guilty to theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor. He was fined $200.

n Christopher O’Flaherty, 19, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor, and minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor. He was fined $325.

n Jennifer Ortega, 17, of Columbus pleaded guilty to violating her provisional operator’s permit, an infraction. She was fined $75 and her driver’s license was impounded for seven days.

n Amber Ortiz, 28, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance. She was fined $75.

n Robin Rains, 39, of Fremont had her sentencing for attempted writing an account-closed check-second offense, a Class I misdemeanor, continued until Feb. 19.

n Robert Reed, 21, of Fremont was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

n Joshua Sandeen, 21, of Fremont pleaded guilty to theft by shoplifting, a Class I misdemeanor. He was fined $200.

n Anton Scheiblhofer, 20, of Omaha pleaded guilty to minor in possession. He was fined $250.

n Joshua Sherman, 27, of Fremont pleaded innocent to driving under suspension. A March 13 bench trial was set.

n Kurt Speicher, 43, of Fremont had his arraignment on a motion to revoke his probation for domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor, continued until March 11.

n Charles Stanton, 83, of Stromsburg pleaded guilty to reckless driving, a Class III misdemeanor. He was fined $200.

n Shadoe Sukstorf, 19, of Fremont waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Dodge County District Court for a Feb. 25 arraignment. He is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, Class IV felonies; DUI-first offense; and possession of marijuana-less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia, infractions.

n Brandon Ustohal, 25, of Fremont was sentenced to 30 days in jail, two years of probation and fined $600 for DUI-third offense. As part of his probation, he must complete 90 days of continuous alcohol monitoring, attend a defensive driving class, a victim’s impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver’s license was revoked for two years.

n Kristine Wadzinski, 24, of Fremont had her arraignment for DUI-first offense greater than .15 percent blood alcohol content continued until March 18.

n Stacy Warnock, 42, of Bancroft pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and no valid registration, a Class III misdemeanor. She was fined $100.

n Amanda Weber, 26, of St. Edward pleaded guilty to writing an insufficient funds check, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $44 in restitution.

n Christopher Wedekind, 29, of Fremont was unsatisfactorily released from his probation for DUI-first offense.

n Albert Weichman, 32, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentencing was set for April 15.

n Curtis Wright, 19, of Omaha was sentenced to

48 hours in jail, six months of probation and fined $400 for DUI-first offense. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim’s impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver’s license was revoked for

60 days.

n A bench warrant for failure to appear was issued for Melissa Carnahan, 25, of Fremont.
