A 21-year-old Fremont man accused of fighting with law enforcement officers in July entered pleas to four charges Monday in Dodge County District Court.
Eric Armenta pleaded no contest to two counts of third-degree assault on an officer and one count each of terroristic threats and assault with a bodily fluid against an officer.
Dodge County Attorney Oliver Glass said deputies from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Fremont Police Department responded to a fight July 8 at a downtown business.
Glass said Armenta kicked a door that struck an officer, breaking the officer’s hand. Glass said Armenta spit in the face of one deputy and bit the hand of another.

Armenta also threatened to harm jailers and their families, Glass said.
Judge Geoffrey Hall set Armenta’s sentencing for Nov. 26.
In another case, 26-year-old Leigh Ann Bayliff of Fremont pleaded guilty to theft by receiving stolen property.
Glass said Bayliff provided keys to another person, who stole a safe containing jewelry and cash from the home of Bayliff’s grandmother.
Sentencing was set for Nov. 19.
In other proceedings:
* Nicole Brandt, 33, of Norfolk pleaded guilty to third-offense DUI. Sentencing was set for Nov. 19.
* Travis Wiggins, 45, of Fremont had his case continued until Oct. 29.
* Jordan Johnson, 20, of Fremont pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Sentencing was set for Nov. 19 and Hall reduced Johnson’s cash bond to $1,000.
* Jason Johnson, 36, of Fremont pleaded no contest to third-degree assault. Sentencing was set for Dec. 3.
