A 48-year-old Fremont woman will be sentenced in June after pleading no contest to third-offense theft by shoplifting Monday in Dodge County District Court.

Deborah Johnson had been accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart Supercenter.

Judge Geoffrey Hall set sentencing for June 3.

In other proceedings:

* Shea Fleming, 22, of Elkhorn had his case continued until May 6. Hall reduced Fleming's cash bond to $500 pending the availability of a bed at a halfway house.

* Joshua Simmons, 29, of Fremont had his case continued until May 13.

* Thomas Willhite, 30, of Fremont had his case continued until May 13.

* Darrin Thomas, 40, of Fremont had his case continued until May 13.
