The 25th Annual First State Bank & Trust Co. Whitetail Run Fremont Area Junior Golf Tournament was help on Friday at Whitetail Run Golf Course.
The field included 25 golfers ages 6-17 who competed in 8 different divisions broken up between boys and girls of different age groups.
Teague Stewart won the Boys 15-17 division after golfing a 37 (+3) over the 9 hole course.
To earn the victory, Stewart beat out Jack Kranz who shot a 41 (+7) to finish second in the Boys 15-17 division. Landon Walkenhorst came in third place with a score of 51 (+17).
In the Girls 15-17 division Samantha Doughty got the win by shooting a 70 to beat out Blair Prall who shot a 78 on the 9 hole course.
Three boys competed in the Boys 13-14 division, with Anthony Chevalier coming out on top with a score of 52 (+18), while Jarett Boggs finished in second place and Sawyer Greenough in third.
Patrick Arnt was the only competitor in the Boys 11-12 division but would have fared well in the Boys 13-14 division, as he matched the older Chevalier with a score of 52 (+18) of his own.
In the Girls 11-12 division, Cecilia Arnt earned the victory, and the lowest score in any Girls division, as she shot a 46 (+10) to beat out McKenna Stewart.
In the six hole competitions, Trey Mooney won the Boys 9-10 division with a score of 38 (+16), beating out Boston Bojanski by one stroke for the win. Bojanski shot a 39 (+17) over the 6 hole course.
On the girls side, Alexis Todd earned the win in the Girls 9-10 division over Allie Vrba.
The youngest group of the day, the Boys 8-9 division, ended in a tie as Drayke Brown and Kalin Harber both finished with a score of 15 (+4) over the 3 hole course.
