The Fremont USBC Youth City Tournament was conducted recently at 30 Bowl with 89 entries.
Nate Stinemates had the boys’ high game for the tournament with a 279. Cole Macaluso had the high scratch series with a 763.
Hailey Sickels had the high game (244) and high scratch series (660) for the girls.
The 30 Bowl Boys, comprised of Cooper Phillips, Cole Macaluso, Garrett Hill, Chris Emmons and Camden McKenzie, captured first in the team competition. Second place went to the 30 Bowl Girls. Team members include: Chloe Phillips, McKenzie Thayer, Natalie Stinemates, Kayleigh McKenzie and Lexus Mueller.
Sickels and Stinemates captured first place in the Doubles “A” Division while Camden McKenzie and Stinemates were second.
In the “B” Division Doubles, Alex Bartunek and Emily Beatty took top honors. Beatty and Kayleigh McKenzie were second.
In singles, Garrett Hill was first for the boys while Katelyn Hill was first for the girls in the “A” Division. In the “B” Division, Logan Kunzweiler finished first for the boys and Beatty won for the girls.
Stinemates was the all events winner for the boys in both handicap and scratch while Hannah Bates won both for the girls.
The tournament paid out $725 in scholarships. Stinemates and Sickels received $150 each. Macaluso, Bates, Natalie Stinemates, Camden McKenzie and Peyton Styskal earned $75 each. Beatty received $50.
