The Trinity Lutheran volleyball team won the Zion Pierce Tournament championship recently.

The Panthers opened with a 25-12, 25-12 win over the Norfolk Dreamers.

Lily Vaughn had 10 ace serves, two set assists and two kills. Mya Bolden had three kills and an ace. Adler Gilfry finished with three aces while Kate Denker and Johna Moural had two apiece.

Alaina Harkinsand Evie Estudillo had one ace each. Morgan Ondracek contributed a kill.

The Panthers then beat St. John's of Battle Creek 25-19, 26-24 as Vaughn and Bolden had five kills and three aces apiece. Ondracek finished with two kills and an ace. Denker and Estudillo had an ace each.

In the championship match, Trinity downed Christ of Norfolk B 25-22, 25-13.

Ondracek and Bolden had four kills each. Moural had two while Vaughn and Denker floored one each. Vaughn and Bolden had three aces with Mia Molzahn contributing two. Ondracek had one.

Moural had one block and Gilfry had a dig.
