The property of the Trust is described as follows: Lot 8, Block 6, Empire City Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Fremont, Dodge County, Nebraska (the "Trust Property"). The address of the Trust Property is: 300 Columbus Avenue, Fremont, NE 68025. The Trust Property will be sold subject to all liens and encumbrances of record having priority over the Deed of Trust dated June 13, 2019, in which Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Nebraska was named Trustee and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. was named Beneficiary and filed for record June 13, 2019 as Instrument No. 201902708 in the Records of the Register of Deeds for Dodge County, Nebraska (the "Deed of Trust"). An Assignment of Deed of Trust to Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Nebraska was filed for record August 20, 2019 as Instrument No. 201903935 in the Records of the Register of Deeds for Dodge County, Nebraska. The Trustee's sale shall be conducted pursuant to such additional terms and conditions as the Trustee may announce at the time and place of the Trustee's sale.
