Members present Sharp, McCartney, Peterson, Henry and Murdoch. 8:00am CONVENE AS THE CASS COUNTY BOARD OF EQUILIZATION 1.Discuss/Action- RES 2019-17; Setting levies for entities within Cass County, pursuant to State Statute 77-1602Draper noted for the board that she has not received Budget documents from the Village of Nehawka, Village of South Bend or Final Budget request from the Avoca Rural Fire District. Per the State Auditor with the passing of LB103 if entities did not submit Budget documents to the County Clerk by September 20, 2019 those entities would not receive a levy for 2019-2020.MOTION: McCartney moved, Peterson seconded to table item until October 15, 2019.
