Fremont’s Emily Nau is this week’s Athlete of the Week.

Nau helped lead the Lady Tiger relay teams to a first place finish at the Ralston
Rams Relay Invitational Saturday.
She anchored the 4x1600m relay – which also featured Chloe Hemmer, Avry
LaFavor and Mara Hemmer - to a first place time of 23:16.21.
Nau also ran a leg of the distance medley relay, which took home the top spot
with a time of 13:09.10.
The Lady Tigers won with a team score of 126 points.
