Conestoga soccer athletes continued their seasons this week with matches Tuesday and Thursday.

Omaha Gross 5, Conestoga girls 0

Omaha Gross pocketed four goals after the break to win at Cougar Stadium Tuesday night. Rachel Culhane, Carmella Monico, Sydney Herren, Abby Dostal and Sydney Nickerson scored for OGHS. Jamie Legner added a pair of assists and Culhane made one assist.

Conestoga goalkeeper Kallie Larson made 18 saves during the match. Keeli Holliman and Taylor McClatchey each fired one shot on goal for the Cougars.

Bennington 5, Conestoga boys 0

Bennington used an aggressive offense to win at home against the Conestoga boys Tuesday night. The Badgers scored once in the first half and tacked on four goals in the final 40 minutes. Robert Greenwood tallied two goals and Devin DeLancey, Jordan Henzal and Keaton Miller all found the net once. Luke Luebbe helped Bennington’s offense with three assists.

Omaha Concordia 1, Conestoga boys 0

Conestoga traveled to Omaha Concordia Thursday afternoon for a close contest. Omaha Concordia’s Min Joon Park notched the game-winning goal in the first half on a penalty kick. Ethan Nemec preserved the victory with his work in front of the net. He made six saves for the Mustangs.

Dawson Hogue, Ben Welch and Jacob Curtis all launched shots on goal for Conestoga. Wesley Nickels finished the match with four saves.
