PLATTSMOUTH – Winter came early this year, perhaps too early for some as light, fluffy snow made roads slippery on Friday morning.
Slightly more than an inch fell in the immediate area, according to the Plattsmouth Airport.
When that stopped and the sun re-appearing, the temperature began falling. By 5 p.m., it dropped to 22 degrees and it’s going to get worse.
