Fremont Police officers responded at 9:05 p.m. Jan. 20 to a business in the 1800 block of East Military Avenue for a theft of scratch tickets.
An investigation determined the theft had taken place over a period of time.
Shane A. Niles, 40, of Fremont was arrested for theft by unlawful taking over $1,500.
