At approximately 5:40 p.m. Sunday, the Fremont Police Department arrested Robert P. Denny, 47, on suspicion of terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 300 block of east 10th Street.
Denny got into a verbal argument with other people at the residence and allegedly made threatening comments while holding a claw hammer, causing the other people to feel fear. No one was injured.
