At approximately 10 p.m., April 4, Isaiah J. Valdez, 19, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of violating probation and being a minor in possession of alcohol following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 2400 block of north Nye Avenue, Fremont Police reported.
