A Papillion man was arrested for stalking his ex-girlfriend after it was reported he was sitting in a parked vehicle outside her house on Thursday, according to the Fremont Police Department.

Authorities say that at approximately 11:15 p.m. Clinton M. Webb, 33, of Papillion was arrested and charged with stalking after it was reported he was sitting in a parked vehicle outside of an ex-girlfriend’s house in the 1600 block of east 3rd Street.

After officers made contact with the victim, it was learned that Webb had also been at her place of employment and had been sending the victim text messages.

Webb admitted to officers that he was in Fremont to attempt to talk to the victim and also admitted to being at her place of employment and attempting to contact her on the phone.
