Police arrest Fremont woman

At approximately 11:15 p.m., Oct. 17, Savannah J. Neill, 23, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of North Laverna Street for a female, later identified as Neill, who was yelling in the street, Fremont Police reported.

Neill refused officers' requests to stop yelling and she was arrested.
