A woman was citing for driving without an operator’s license, after she ran a stop sign and struck a pedestrian at a crosswalk on Tuesday.

Angel Lopez Pena, 31, of Fremont, allegedly struck the pedestrian on Jefferson Road at approximately 9:50 p.m. After the incident, law enforcement found that Lopez Pena did not have a valid operator’s license. She was charged with no operator’s license and violating a stop sign.
