A 37-year-old Fremont man was cited by police Wednesday afternoon after his dog was accused of biting a 7-year-old boy.
Interim Chief Jeff Elliott said officers were called shortly after 4 p.m. to the 800 block of South Broad Street, where a woman said a pit bull had grabbed her chihuahua terrier. When the woman’s 7-year-old son tried to help the chihuahua, he was bitten by the pit bull.
