Midland University has announced that women's golf coach Warren Kuhl will be retiring after the 2019 spring season.
Kuhl has coached the Lady Warriors for nine years. He will be succeeded by current assistant coach Allison Pokorny.
"We're grateful for the dedication Coach Kuhl has provided to our student-athletes, and wish him well in his retirement,” MU Athletics Director Dave Gillespie said. "We’re excited about the new direction of the team under Coach Pokorny and look forward to continued program success.”
Kuhl came to Midland after Dana College closed in 2010.
“After six years at Dana College, I was very appreciative of Midland offering our team a home in 2010,” Kuhl said. "I have been blessed to work with some talented and bright young ladies and I will miss that.”
