Taylor Oil scored eight runs over the first two innings on its way to a 20-10 win over Valmont Wednesday night in men's B/C League slowpitch softball at Memorial Fields.

James Bilslend had a home run and double and Lenny Brewer also homered for Taylor Oil.

Tony Siske had four hits to lead Valmont, and Jason Rohde had two doubles and a triple. Matt Irwin also doubled and tripled.

Bankers Life 19, Arby's 0

Royce Walters, Dan Brabec and Lyle Boggs all hit homers for Bankers Life-Sluggers, which scored all its runs in the second and third innings. Jason Hraban added a pair of doubles.

Tom Ehly and Jeff Hansen had the only two hits for Arby's.

Heartland 10, Bud Light 4

Heartland got two-homer games from Mark McKenzie and Bill Woodward to propel it to the six-run win over Bud Light.

Shane Martin and Matt Hawkins also homered for Heartland.

Ryan Rice, Cory Styskal, Hank Schollmeyer, Chuck Schollmeyer and Brett Harris had two hits apiece for Bud Light.

F&M Bank 8, Arby's 5

Gus Ray and Jason Harms both had three hits, and Chris Kuncl singled and tripled for Farmers and Merchants.

Bob Gates had a pair of hits for Arby's and Tony Riecken tripled.

Bud Light 10, V's 8

Mark Ostransky, Chuck Schollmeyer and Hank Schollmeyer all hit home runs to lead Bud Light.

Justin Jarose hit a pair of homers and Ronnie Sandeen added one for V's Package-Whis's.

F&M Bank 15, V's 9

Kuncl hit two home runs to lead Farmers and Merchants.

Jarose hit two homer home runs and Jeff Sandeen hit one for V's-Whis's.
